Terms of Service

All services provided by Skyler Gunnuscio / SkyGunn (“Service Provider”) are subject to the following terms:

1. Services

Service Provider provides photography, videography, and related creative services.

Client acknowledges they have reviewed the Service Provider’s portfolio and are hiring based on the Service Provider’s creative style, technical approach, and artistic judgment. Final deliverables reflect that style and interpretation.

2. Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure booking and begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before final delivery of any assets. No usage rights or final files are granted until payment is received in full.

Service Provider reserves the right to pause work or withhold delivery until payment is complete.

3. Scheduling & Cancellation

Dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice may be charged the full project fee.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to that point, including shooting time, editing, and pre-production. The deposit remains non-refundable.

4. Production Conditions

Client is responsible for ensuring locations, subjects, and environments are ready at the scheduled time.

Service Provider is not responsible for compromised results due to conditions outside their control (weather, access, lighting, readiness, etc.).

5. Editing & Revisions

Editing is completed in a style consistent with the Service Provider’s portfolio.

Minor revisions may be included if outlined in the project scope. Additional edits or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

6. Creative Acceptance

Work is considered accepted if it is consistent with the Service Provider’s portfolio and agreed direction.

Personal taste or subjective dissatisfaction is not valid grounds for withholding payment.

7. Copyright & Usage

All content remains the property of Skyler Gunnuscio / SkyGunn.

Upon full payment, Client receives a non-transferable license to use the content for agreed marketing and promotional purposes.

Content may not be resold, transferred, or used by third parties without written permission.

8. Liability

Service Provider is not liable for delays or failure caused by events outside reasonable control.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

10. Agreement

By approving a project or signing electronically, Client agrees to these Terms of Service and enters a binding agreement with SkyGunn.
