All photography services provided by Skyler Gunnuscio / SkyGunn Photography (“Photographer”) are subject to the following terms:

1. Services

Photographer provides professional photography services for real estate, architectural, and corporate projects. Final images reflect the Photographer’s creative interpretation of the subject matter.

2. Fees and Payment

All fees are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Images may not be published, distributed, or used prior to payment in full unless explicitly approved by the Photographer.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with reasonable notice and Photographer approval. Cancellations with less than two business days’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.

4. Shoot Conditions

Client is responsible for ensuring the property, project, or environment is ready at the scheduled time. Photographer requires reasonable control of the shooting environment to ensure image quality.

5. Delivery and Revisions

Final images are delivered electronically. Basic image editing is included. Additional edits or reshoots requested due to creative changes or circumstances outside the Photographer’s control may incur additional fees.

6. Copyright and Ownership

All images are © Sky Gunnuscio / SkyGunn Photography. Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images.

7. License and Usage

Upon full payment, Client is granted a single-party, non-transferable license to use the images for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes related to the commissioned property, project, or brand.
Any use by third parties, resale, or redistribution requires Photographer’s written consent.

8. Liability

Photographer is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to causes beyond reasonable control, including weather, access issues, or acts of God.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
