Confirm permissions and property release are secured.

Verify full address, directions, and property orientation.

Provide gate/lock codes, keys, and alarm details.

Make sure all rooms are accessible and doors unlocked.

Interior Preparedness

All interior lights must work; someone who can override timers/sensors should be present.

Interior spaces cleaned, decluttered, and staged.

Blinds/shades operational and up, windows cleaned.

Floors swept, mopped, or vacuumed.

No cleaning or maintenance personnel in shooting areas.

Exterior & Site Prep

Exterior lighting functional with override access for dusk/dawn shots.
